The goal of this application is to facilitate the realization of videos for teaching and learning. This application allows teachers to create their own videos by drawing on a digital blackboard or on top of a PDF.
Explica! simulates a blackboard and records the process of drawing as well as the audio in order to complete the explanation of the drawings. The resulting file can be exported as a video, thus facilitating the sharing among the students.

As a teacher, you can upload a PDF from your student and perform graphical and voice annotations on top of it while recording a video you can directly share with your student. It is an easy way to generate video feeddback for your students.

The UOC has designed and developed the Guixa application to enhance elements such as:
• To increase the relationship between teachers and students through a closer format than text.
